2015.02.24.A devizahitelekhez tartozó biztosítási pénzeket ellopták
Az amerikai óriásbiztosító, az AIG (American International Group) által teljesített és a deviza típusú kölcsönszerződésekhez tartozó biztosítási pénzeket, a hazai bankok ellopták. Az Egyesület elnöke, Falus Zsolt Ferenc szerint, mivel a hitelszerződésekhez tartozó biztosítások, illetve biztosítási összegek eredménye nem csökkenti az ügyfél tartozását, akkor a bank gyakorlatilag biztosítási csalást, sikkasztást követ el. Az elnök szerint, több hazai hatóság is súlyos mulasztást követ(ett) el, mert a kölcsönszerződéshez tartozó biztosítások eredménye Magyarországon nem érvényesül, ezért a hitelező követelése, kétszeresen térül.

Insurance money related to the currency loan contracts, provided by the American giant insurer AIG (American International Group), was stolen by domestic banks. According to the President of the Association, Zsolt Ferenc Falus, as insurance and insurance amounts related to the loan contracts do no result in decrease in the clients’ debt, the bank practically commits insurance fraud or embezzlement. According to the association’s president, several domestic authorities are (were) in severe negligence, as the results of the insurance related to the loan contracts are not enforced in Hungary, causing a twofold recovery of the lenders’ receivables. |
